Even the journey to Musenalp is an adventure! After a one-hour drive to Dallenwil, two airy cable cars take us up to 1755 meters above sea level. From there we have a breathtaking view of Lake Lucerne, Pilatus and the Stanser Horn (). Places to practice alphorn can be found right next to the mountain station. There is also a nice little restaurant.

If you feel comfortable on steep mountain paths, you can take the way back over the Bärenfallen to Rickenbach. It is also possible to extend the tour with an overnight stay in the Brisenhaus to a two-day excursion.

Note: Not suitable for people with fear of heights. Tickets for the cable cars 41 CHF per person (adult rate). The restaurant on the Musenalp and the Brisenhaus only accept cash. The Musenalp presented here should not be confused with the Musenalp in Isenthal.
